Specialist Fabrications

As NSV have full manufacturing and on site storage facilities, we can embark on specialist fabrications in various materials. Some times these fabrications can be provided to supplement an HVAC system for example structural support platforms, ladders, handrails etc. Other examples have no bearing on HVAC and can be complete stand alone items.

From an initial list of over 20 leading fabrication companies through out the UK and Europe NSV were successful in being included in a shortlist of four to manufacture 250 specialist steel rooms for scientific testing. NSV were awarded an order to manufacture one of the initial four room designs. The room was fabricated using a modular construction design of multiple wall and roof panels. When assembled each room measures approximately 14m x 4m and weighs 30 tonne.
