Control Panels can be fully integrated into the full range of HVAC equipment NSV manufacture or mounted locally or remotely. The hazardous area panels can be designed, built and installed in accordance with various certification (e.g. ATEX, IEC, GOST, CSA, etc) offering total protection in the harshest of environments. Aware that cost is always a factor in modern manufacturing we have a range of panels that operate within a non-hazardous area but control equipment within a hazardous area. We also offer alternatives to mechanical protection of panels.

Our designers are fully conversant in programmable devices from manufacturers such as Allan Bradley, Siemens and Omron, giving excellent flexibility and total control within every panel.

All control systems are inspected and tested for safety and functionality as well as been fully supported by comprehensive documentation.

Designed and constructed to meet customers’ requirements control systems can control airflow, temperature, humidity and pressure; based on monitored system parameters. Control can be based on Control Philosophies, Functional Design Specifications and/or Cause and Effect charts.

Ergonomically designed for ease of operation with many HMI (Human Machine Interface) options with clear visual displays designed to instantly highlight problems and operations.

There are options of remote monitoring and control by fieldbus comms as well as full integration with Fire & Gas and DCS systems.
